   Polaris Building, a Building-Investment Limited Liability Company has been present on the building market in Sofia for more than 14 years. The company was incorporated in 1994 with the following objects: research, design, and building-entrepreneurial, manufacturing and commercial activity.

   The company has invested in, built and transferred with right of use 24 residential buildings, 2 office buildings and 12 one-family houses. The total surface of land in which the company has invested in and built up is over 100 000 sq metres.

   Polaris Building has at its disposal a manufacturing base: a fittings yard and joinery workshop, open-air and sheltered warehouses, own mechanization – trucks, cranes, formwork, etc. The highly skilled personnel of the company, consisting of investors, brokers, technical heads, suppliers, members of brigades and workers with many years of service in Bulgaria and abroad, guarantee the high quality of the building product offered by the company.
